So lovely to have you here.
My name is Bec and I have a lot to share with you and teach you about your body, your injury and your pregnancy. I have been rehabilitating women and working with them and their pregnancies since 2012.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation. I have completed my STOTT Pilates training in Spinal, Pelvic & Scapular Stabilization: Reformer (RR1) and Peripheral Joint Stabilization: Reformer (RR2). I am also currently completing the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) course this year.
My classes are not your typical Pilates classes. I’m an Exercise Physiologist so I love to educate. I love to teach people the ‘why’ about their body. Most importantly, I absolutely love Pilates and how it improves your body awareness and reduces threat in your body.
I was born and raised in Perth, Australia and moved to Vancouver for 5 years. I met my incredible kiwi husband there & we've just recently relocated to Sydney, Australia in 2022. I’ve met so many wonderful people along my journey which is why I want to spread my passion with you, wherever you are in the world.
